CANCUN, MEXICO, March 2003 - The former landmark Kin-Ha Hotel, located on Cancun's finest stretch of beach, has completed the final phase of a one-year $5 million renovation and has been re-branded as Ambiance Villas An All-Suite Beach Resort to reflect the property's inventory of deluxe villas.

Ambiance Villas offers 150 beautiful and spacious air-conditioned units consisting of rooms, studios with kitchenettes, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites with fully- equipped kitchens, dining and living areas; all with terrace or patio, direct dial telephone, safety deposit boxes, cable TV and pay-per-view movies.

Dining is a great experience at Ambiance Villas.
   ‘La Terraza’ Restaurant and bar provides an elegant
indoor and outdoor setting for all-day dining with
ocean view.
    ‘La Palapa’ is a relaxed beach bar and grill, serving
light fare.
    The lobby bar provides a casual atmosphere.
    Snacks and drinks are served by the pool and on the
beach.
