Deposit:
Full payment is required at time of booking. Travel insurance, when
purchased, must be paid at time of booking. We highly recommend the purchase of insurance.
Nonrefundable:
All prepaid amounts are 100% non refundable. There is no refund for any
unused portion.
Car Rentals - There is no refund for any unused portion.
Cancun pricing does not Include:
Passport fees, tips to local guides and drivers, personal items such as
medical expenses, laundry, additional food and beverages (other than specified), excess
baggage charges and items of a personal nature that are not specifically listed as
included.

For requests regarding group departures and special events, please send

respond within 24 hours.
Health Requirements:
Currently, visitors to Mexico do not require a certificate of vaccination.
However, if a change does occur, it is the passengers responsibility to take all
precautions with regards to health conditions.
Missed Air flights:
Please be at the airport at least two hours prior to flight departure.
Check-in opens 2-3 hours (see your air ticket) prior to scheduled flight departure. You
will not be permitted to board, nor will you be entitled to a tour refund if you have not
checked in by that time.
Luggage:
Exclusive Vacations assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged luggage.
Luggage allowance currently in effect on international flights normally allow not more
than 2 pieces of checked baggage with a combined weight of 44lbs. A carry-on piece is also
permitted.
Tour Prices:
The prices indicated on this site are based on rates in effect at
time of creation. Theses prices are established in accordance with airfares, exchange
rates, and various other factors. In the event of an increase of these rates, Exclusive
Vacations reserves the right to increase the cost of the tour without notice prior to
payment being received.
Itinerary and Hotels:
Travel arrangements are at the final discretion of the authorities
concerned. Exclusive Vacations has no control over this portion and cannot be held
responsible for changes. On the occasions where a hotel has overbooked its capacity,
it may be necessary to change the hotel to one of a similar grade or upgrade.
Unused Travel Services:
No refund is permitted for unused tour services, including unused
accommodation. All air tickets are non-refundable, valid only for the flight and/or dates
purchased and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Responsibilities:
Exclusive Vacations does not own, manage, control, or operate any
transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant, or other supplier of services. In making travel
and tour arrangements, Exclusive Vacations is acting in the capacity of an agent for the
airlines, hotels, and other suppliers stated in the tour literature. Exclusive Vacations
assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, loss, or accident with any
services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, strikes, war declared or
undeclared, government regulations, thefts, failure of any means, discrepancies or changes
over which it has no control.
