Beautiful house that was perfect for our family. The view was one of the most beautiful that I’ve ever seen. We saw dolphins, manatee, turtles, stingrays from our balconies and pool. It was an amazing vacation. There wasn’t a lot of beach area but beach was in walking distance. When the tide was low the beach at the house was the perfect area to get in water and spend time with our friends and family. The only suggestions that I heard from anyone was that there should be a refrigerator in garage closer so you could keep drinks, snacks and food for grilling on pool level. Also it would have been nice to have a bathroom on pool level. We will definitely be back to this area next year and hoping to return to this same home. Absolutely gorgeous

Perfect location by the ocean, house neatly decorated with lots of amenities! Amazing long weekend. Communication was very easy and organized. Highly recommend this property!

This is a brand new unit with high quality features and amenities. The pool/spa is marvelous. The sunsets are gorgeous and it’s in a prime location. We really loved our week and it was very relaxing. We highly recommend this unit particularly for parties of 9-12 people.

Great, location is right on the beach. Big garage, we park 5 cars in it. 8 bedrooms, we really enjoyed our stay. 👍

We loved the house and the location! The views were spectacular. All three generations had plenty to do from paddle boarding to kayacking to fishing and surfing in the Gulf which was just a stones throw away. It was a perfect place for a family reunion!!

This home had it all..luxury finishes, private beach, near shops and rod and reel. We even pulled the boat up almost everyday. Entire family had a blast. Pool was lovely and heated, and at night, it was lit up in many colors. The kids really enjoyed that! We will be back!!!

This house was perfect! The pool was warm. We had dolphins and a manatee who swam by the house many times during our stay. The sunrise is amazing! Location is perfect away from the busy resorts. Would rent again!

Like-new Beachfront house with 7 bedrooms and huge kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with fishing pier/restaurant close by. Our three children and five grandchildren joined us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Much spa and Pool time. Great fun. Everyone was pleased.

This is a beautiful, spacious and nicely-decorated home right on the water. Nice furnishings and we appreciated the large bedrooms with full baths.

The property was great located right on the beach. Lots of dolphin. manatees, starfish, hermit crabs and sand dollars. Great place for standup paddle boarding. The kids enjoyed fishing.

This was the best vacation we have ever had! This house is beautiful and the location couldn't have been any better. We had a few maintenance issues but AMI had people sent over that day. One other downfall is that the AC units are on the on the main balcony which was noisy when outside but these seemed like little things considering the house and location are spectacular. We hope to go back next year.

The beach was very convenient but pretty small. Not far for a drive to one of the gulf side beaches. A couple of improvements could be a place to rinse off from the beach, and ground floor bathroom. The home is beautiful and the property managers are very accommodating. Would recommend.

Absolutely stunning house with plenty of room - and what a VIEW! Loved our stay :)

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and perfect for our large group. The listing agent was very responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay. I would recommend this property to friends.

House is awesome!!! Plenty of room, plenty of activities, and clean. Gorgeous views of the ocean to see dolphins, schools of fish, and especially the sunrise. Located near a pier is plus, walking distance to a restaurant, bar, and fishing spot. Definitely booking this house again when I vacation in Florida again...

We had a great time and really loved the house! The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and we had ample towels and beach towels. We liked the spaciousness and felt comfortable for all 14 of us. The pool and jacuzzi was great as was the little beach. The kitchen has great appliances. Kitchen utensils and plates were ample and in good condition. We had what we needed and asked for a teapot as that seemed to be the only tool we were missing and got it the next day. We also liked that the garage had games and beach chairs for us and there were a few blow up toys. Traci was very easy to work with and communicate to.

Traci was wonderful to work with, always responded to questions immediately. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms when we arrived, and Traci had a plumber come out very quickly to solve the problem. She checked in a couple times to inquire about our stay, which was wonderful. The house is well-stocked and very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and are looking at returning next year!

What a perfect home!! We loved it!

We’ve been to AMI in the past, but this house, location and overall experience exceeded expectations! The views were incredible, seeing dolphin and manatees throughout every day of our stay. The house was well-maintained and in a perfect location—close to great restaurants and shops. Steps from the bay and it’s crystal clear water. Rental was well-stocked with kitchen items, beach gear, towels, etc. The owners checked in 3 times through the stay, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We will return!

Property was great - well maintained, updated, lovely decor, comfortable beds, and fantastic for a large family. Houses are close to one another, but it was very quite and peaceful. Our only recommendation for improvement is that they provide information regarding the functioning of the house (when does garbage pick up happen, what gets recycled, how does that wifi work, etc.). There were no written materials with such info, but the property manager was very responsive and helpful - she answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. Would absolutely go again.

Great home, great location. Nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom.

The house is new but well furnished. A nice pool and hot tub, heated. The new combination front door lock code delayed entry but upon receiving a new code, worked well. The location near the Rod and Reel Pier Restaurant was very convenient and the food was good. Lots of pool and beach toys. My three families enjoyed the stay and we'll return.

Our family of 12 enjoyed 9 days in this beautiful vacation home. It has everything you need and more. The view was beautiful and several days we watched the dolphins from our decks. Anna Maria has something for everyone and beautiful beaches. House is billed as " private beach area"... this was not true... many people park at the pier and set up for the day directly in front of the home...chairs, coolers even boats docked directly on "the private beach".

The beach behind this home is private, but, unfortunately, anyone can walk, sit, and lay, on private areas. I am sorry this was an inconvenience while you were vacationing at the home. The pier is right next door, and there is no way to keep the people that visit there, from walking on the beach area. I am happy you ultimately enjoyed your stay though.

We stayed at this beautiful home for the 4th of July week. It was the perfect home for our two families. The home, the pool, the setting and the Island were all amazing. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

My wife and I along with grown children, aunt and grand parents all flew in from around the country to enjoy a relaxing week. We picked the perfect home with an amazing location. 7 Bedrooms all of which have custom baths and walk in showers. Master suite was like a palace. with Morning sunrise and dolphins swimming right off your beach was amazing. Kitchen was over the top. All commercial appliances sub zero fridge. 2 wine fridge's in island along with ice maker for the rum punch. Plenty of room for 10 or more at the dining table all overlooking the bay with distant views of the sky way bridge. Very large pool with hot tub that seats 10 or more. Lights change colors at night for a great effect. Take one step out your gate and your on the beach!! The water was as clear as the Caribbean. You can walk out 50 yards and still only are chest high. Snorkeling was wonderful with schools of fish cruising through, We actually had a Manatee swim within 10 feet of us and come up to say hi and taking a deep breath. Next door is a wonderful fish restaurant with fishing pier. $2 a day to fish. They sell bait and serve u food and drinks while you cast away. We could not find a reason to leave the house. IF you are looking for a place to relax that has everything you need and more Bay View Beauty is the place. You will not be disappointed!!

Had a great time at this comfortable property in a great location. Enjoyed watching dolphins and birds fishing every day, as well as the accommodations of the property. Vicinity to pier restaurant next door is ideal for grabbing a quick bite for cheap, if you are not up to cooking. Large covered area next to pool is ideal for rainy times, as well as foosball and ping pong tables.

This brand new home was perfect for our group of four families. It was very nicely decorated and well furnished. The pool and connected hot tub was one of the nicest and largest that we saw on the island. At night, the kids especially liked the lights in the pool...as they changed colors. We enjoyed the calmer bay side, but also spent time just a short walk away on the gulf side. For a quieter vacation, this is was a good location...right by the Rod and Reel pier and just a short walk/drive to shops and restaurants by the Anna Maria Pier. We all thoroughly enjoyed the week!
