Beachfront Paradise

House was stocked so good with towels (bath and beach), beach chairs and umbrellas. Beds were very comfy! Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious!The refrigerator quit working early in our stay but management quickly delivered a back up. We did have to buy ice every day…Circle K right across the street, thank goodness. Golf cart was amazing! Beach bikes amazing! Pool and hot tub amazing!

The host was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all the questions that we had leading up to the trip. They were also very responsive while we were there. The house was perfect for our group of 12! Fantastic ocean view!

The beach house is set in a nice location with easy access to the beach and stunning ocean views that made our stay very relaxing. The outdoor setting and surroundings were definitely the highlight and created a wonderful coastal atmosphere. Although the front of the house was a little unexpected with a Circle K as the view.
Inside, there were a few issues that took away from the overall experience. We noticed dust and some leftover debris behind the living room furniture, which gave the impression that the space hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There was also a musty smell throughout the house that lingered throughout our stay and made it feel less fresh than expected.

Great house, right on beach and still very new so it was in wonderful condition. Our family enjoyed being able to go to beach which is only about 30 steps away from backyard pool of house. Pool was also very well maintained and heated so that was wonderful. We loved it, bedrooms very nice, sleeps quite a few people if you need that capacity and we would definitely stay there again.

This house is BEAUTIFUL! Directly on the beach with the pool and an awesome restaurant across the street. You can’t beat it! Would love to stay here again!

We will return as this was the best family vacation ever. The home is incredible. Kitchen was fit for a gourmet chef. The pool is right out of a magazine. Beach access is private and plenty of room for all our family and guests. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms all have large tv’s, the pool and hot tub area easily handled our 10 kids. We have rented all over the country and this home is as nice as they come. Everyone in our party is looking forward to next time.

We had a 5 star and beyond stay in Beachfront Paradise. The house is stunning and was so well stocked with everything we needed. It is so convenient being close to a grocery store and restaurants, and the beach is your backyard!! Crazy. I LOVED the master bedroom and bathroom. The living room was so comfortable and the dining table was big enough for us to play board and card games. If you are looking for a nice larger home, you found it here.

Just as it looks online. Amazing pool, spa, views, and rooms. Beds were comfy too. I’m not a fan of all positive reviews as there is always something that could improve. As a group we discussed that two bathrooms needed a waste basket (we just used a shopping bag for a quick fix) Maintenance was great with replacing two light bulbs that were out just as we arrived. They were on top of it.

I absolutely loved this house. My family really enjoyed the amenities the home had to offer. The house was very clean and met all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

This was my first time to the island and dealing with AMI Locals, but I will be a return customer for life. I was so IN LOVE with this house and the interior design. The colors and decor were right up my alley. The master bedroom and bath have this beautiful copper tub right in front of sliding glass doors facing directly at the beach. One additional bonus was the four bikes provided at the house. Will definitely be back!

This is the perfect beachfront home! This home has room for days!! Our large family got to enjoy the pool and our own private walk to the beach!! AMI Locals provided beach chairs, and beach carts, plus bikes!! The master bedroom bathtub is everything a girl can dream of!! I honestly got lost in this home, and the price was just right!! The kitchen was well equipped for our long stay, and our family enjoyed all of our meals in the dining area. The home is located right where everything is at a walking distance. The bike ride down to the main beach access was truly so easily because it is so close. We love Anna Maria Island, and we love Beachfront Paradise!  

Thank you, Beachfront Paradise, for allowing my family and I to have the most wonderful Christmas Vacation. The home is wonderful, so much space and so well outfitted. We had so many game nights inside, and so many nights out by the pool - I shouldn't have to remind everyone that you have your OWN beach access here. Loved it.

We absolutely loved this property as it was wonderful for all of the family to be able to stay together and the beachfront was amazing! We were disappointed that the elevator still was not working as we had a person recovering from foot surgery and an elderly matriarch who both found the many stairs to be extremely difficult. Our only issue with cleanliness was that the floors seemed to have not been mopped in a while. Otherwise it was truly a wonderful experience! Thank you for everything!

AMI is great!

Overall house is beautiful! Few items that could be added in the kitchen: oven mits /pot holders & Keurig. Great location, property manager was helpful in situation of elevator not in service. We found it helpful that there were 10 beach chairs, boogie boards, plenty of beach towels.

Not a huge deal for adults but with kiddos it’s sometimes a lot to get them out of pool then all the way up a flight of stairs to go to the bathroom. Other than that we loved it, bedrooms very nice, sleeps quite a few people if you need that capacity and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, once you close the front door behind you are in your own beachfront oasis. Conveniently located near grocery stores and dining. Ample parking. Pool and spa are delightful. If you vacation at the right time you can watch the sea turtles hatch.

The most beautiful island on the planet. The house also beautiful right in front of the beach is sensational. You can see the sunset day after day ... It is very well equipped with a lot of space.   The people here are very friendly everywhere. The restaurants (with delicious food) and everything is very close   My family was delighted. They had a lot of fun on the beach as well as in the pool (which is great)   I wished my vacation would never end. But we will return.   See you soon AMI.

I never see before more beautiful place like this. House is so beautiful , big ,clean and fragrant. We make you feel at home and not a stranger . People here are very friendly everywhere. The restaurant are close with amazing food and very good wine:) Thank you so much for nice time here. Also weather was perfect ,my family like it. But my best place was on the beach . Every evening I sit on the beach with glass of wine and look at the beauty. It's so nice and romantic to watch such a beautiful sunset. I wished it never ended:)) Tary R.
