Beachfront Paradise

Great house, right on beach and still very new so it was in wonderful condition. Our family enjoyed being able to go to beach which is only about 30 steps away from backyard pool of house. Pool was also very well maintained and heated so that was wonderful. We loved it, bedrooms very nice, sleeps quite a few people if you need that capacity and we would definitely stay there again.

This house is BEAUTIFUL! Directly on the beach with the pool and an awesome restaurant across the street. You can’t beat it! Would love to stay here again!

We will return as this was the best family vacation ever. The home is incredible. Kitchen was fit for a gourmet chef. The pool is right out of a magazine. Beach access is private and plenty of room for all our family and guests. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

Thanks for a wonderful week! Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The pool is great and kid friendly with the large sun shelf. We were steps from the ocean. We watched amazing sunsets from the multiple decks. It is close to everything AMI has to offer. We will be back!

This house is flawless. We spent 5 nights here and couldn’t have asked for more. The pictures don’t lie. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms all have large tv’s, the pool and hot tub area easily handled our 10 kids. We have rented all over the country and this home is as nice as they come. Everyone in our party is looking forward to next time.

Perfect location by the ocean, house neatly decorated with lots of amenities! Amazing long weekend. Communication was very easy and organized with Traci. Highly recommend this property!

This is a brand new unit with high quality features and amenities. The pool/spa is marvelous. The sunsets are gorgeous and it’s in a prime location. We really loved our week and it was very relaxing. We highly recommend this unit particularly for parties of 9-12 people.

We had a 5 star and beyond stay in Beachfront Paradise. The house is stunning and was so well stocked with everything we needed. It is so convenient being close to a grocery store and restaurants, and the beach is your backyard!! Crazy. I LOVED the master bedroom and bathroom. The living room was so comfortable and the dining table was big enough for us to play board and card games. If you are looking for a nice larger home, you found it here.

I absolutely loved this house. My family really enjoyed the amenities the home had to offer. The house was very clean and met all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

This was my first time to the island and dealing with AMI Locals, but I will be a return customer for life. I was so IN LOVE with this house and the interior design. The colors and decor were right up my alley. The master bedroom and bath have this beautiful copper tub right in front of sliding glass doors facing directly at the beach. One additional bonus was the four bikes provided at the house. Will definitely be back!

This is the perfect beachfront home! This home has room for days!! Our large family got to enjoy the pool and our own private walk to the beach!! AMI Locals provided beach chairs, and beach carts, plus bikes!! The master bedroom bathtub is everything a girl can dream of!! I honestly got lost in this home, and the price was just right!! The kitchen was well equipped for our long stay, and our family enjoyed all of our meals in the dining area. The home is located right where everything is at a walking distance. The bike ride down to the main beach access was truly so easily because it is so close. We love Anna Maria Island, and we love Beachfront Paradise!  

Thank you, Beachfront Paradise, for allowing my family and I to have the most wonderful Christmas Vacation. The home is wonderful, so much space and so well outfitted. We had so many game nights inside, and so many nights out by the pool - I shouldn't have to remind everyone that you have your OWN beach access here. Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The heated pool and spa were perfect with convenient direct access to the beach. The management company was very quick to respond to all our questions and I would definitely stay again in one of their properties.
