Another fantastic stay on Anna Maria Island! Just Breathe was amazing with its top notch accommodations and bay views from all levels. When not spending time on the beach or checking out the shops and restaurants nearby, our crew took advantage of the rooftop bocceball, hoops in the pool or the open floor plan where we watched the World Cup and played games. The golf cart was a huge plus and used several times daily. We love the bay side and the ability to relax on the porch while watching all the bay activity and people walk/ride by. Do not hesitate to stay here as the house, amenities and location are hard to beat!

Awesome house with a nice garden/pool and various terraces to enjoy the view and the sunrise/sunset. Clean, perfectly equipped and very good support from the host. Golf Car very cool - we had a lot of fun. We highly recommend it

Our recent stay at this beautiful new luxury vacation rental on Anna Maria Island was an absolute dream. The spacious layout and upscale design made it a perfect fit for our group of couples. The kitchen was well-equipped, inspiring some memorable group meals, and the private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms provided the comfort and privacy we all appreciated. The outdoor amenities, including the private pool, putting green, and rooftop terrace, added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. Being so close to the beach was a major highlight, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and surf. This brand new home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we're already discussing when we can return for another unforgettable getaway.

House was stunning! The pool and lounging area was perfect for our family of children and adults, many hours spent swimming and playing mini golf. The location was perfect. Located in between 2 piers and also right down from tons of cafes, restaurants and shops. Ocean access right across the street was extremely convenient. The rooftop was so beautiful to end our evenings by the fire pit and relax. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend:)

I think we were the first family to stay at Just Breathe. Everything was easy--from making the reservation to check-in/out. The home was immaculate and it has much better amenities and the finishes were a clear step above other properties we've stayed at before on AMI. The rooftop was simply amazing to watch the sunrise and sunset. We spent SO much time up there with the family enjoying the fire pit and having a bocce tournament. The temperatures were cooler during our trip so we took advantage of the pool and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the clear kayaks and paddle boards and had super easy access and entry to the gulf steps away across the street. The bedrooms all had their own bathrooms and we loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely mark this as a favorite and hope to come back over spring break!

House is very, very beautiful! Everything spotless and clean. Love the park and beach across street. Our children could play easy and safe.
