Amazing house just steps from one of the most beautiful and least crowded beaches on the island. Host was super easy to get ahold of anytime we needed anything or had questions. My family and I loved it so much we are looking to stay here again next year!!

It was a great house for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were great. The boys enjoyed putting on the roof. The kitchen was well-appointed and the laundry worked great. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway place for the entire family regardless of age. The house has many different areas where the family can be together or apart depending on everyone's mood. The viewing deck on the 4th floor is an Awesome place to see the ocean, the surrounding area or nightly sunsets. Access to the Beach is just 2 houses away & perfect for evening walks. Pool & jacuzzi area has a Big screen TV & full kitchen for watching Sunday football while still being outdoors. Fun was had by all!

This home did not disappoint-it's beautiful, comfortable, exciting! Each level is WOW in its own way! Beds were comfortable. Pool temperature is perfect. Comfortably hosted our group of 6 adults. Felt even closer to the ocean than I thought we were. Best sand beaches in the area. Our stay here truly left very little to be desired. Hope to come back to this very home soon with my family!

Beautiful place, great location, very clean. Few things I could say about the house needs window blinds because AC does not cool down during the day, personal taste the pool is too shallow.

I don’t write reviews very often, but I do read them when making decisions on where to travel. I had such a wonderful experience, I felt that I should send in a review. My wife and I and family had the chance for a quick getaway to Anna Maria Island. I had heard so many wonderful things about the island that we had to go. First of all, the Island is so fantastic. It’s very, charming and “old school” Florida. They have everything that you need within walking distance from the home. (Great restaurants, coffee shops, Ice Cream, and shopping). This is all located just a few blocks away from the home. And of course the beach. Just a stone’s throw away is a magnificent white sand beach, that is not crowded and just amazing for swimming, shelling, and watching the sunset. (Something we did every night. The home exceeded our expectations. One, it’s new and in perfect condition. Everything that you would want as a guest was thought of. The house was well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved hanging out in the house so much we opted to go to the grocery store and just grill some fish (caught locally) on the beautiful outdoor grill kitchen instead of going out to eat. The pool is fantastic. In fact, my wife mentioned several times that she would just rather sit by, or in the pool and skip going to the beach. We did not get into the hot tub much with the warm Florida weather, but I did try it out, and it works well. One of my favorite parts of the house is the multiple rooftops. I had a chance to work on my putting while on the rooftop putting green, (yes, outdoor putting green!)or sit and relax on the several seating areas. Our favorite place was on the top deck of the house where we sat in comfy lounge chairs and watched the sun go down while sipping our favorite wine. It was a week of memories that I won’t forget. I know that our family will return to the charming Island of Anna Maria and will for certain stay at Palmeto Paradise. I highly recommend this home for families, or groups of friends. You won’t be disappointed.
