Sea Swept

Perfect location! On the beach with a pool. We had a few rental cars, but the trolly goes right by! Ideal to get places. Also we had groceries ordered, delivered and put away before our arrival. Highly recommend for a large group, 10 bedrooms, everyone gets their own room! Roof top is perfect for the sunrise & sunsets! Which are absolutely spectacular! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful beachfront home! Our family of 3 generations loved our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The pool and spa area was wonderful for dinner and evening entertainment. The rooftop deck provided spectacular sunsets and sunrise views. Property management was quick to provide services or answers to any questions. You could want for nothing more when staying here.

This is a beautiful home with access right to the beach. We have all of the family here so all 10 bedrooms were used! Spent lots of time in the large pool and hot tub. There are lots of extras for the kiddos too like a small mini put, ping pong, etc. The home was clean, yes from other reviews there is an alarm on the doors but with a very determined 3 y/o who wanted to be out at the pool all the time, we were very thankful to have it!! I would go back again to this beautiful home. There is an elevator which we used for my mom who could not do all the steps!!

We had a wonderful time during our week long stay. The home was perfect for our large group. It was the best home by far in the area. I didn’t see another home on this strip of beach that had the views that this home has. And it truly is on the water with super easy access to the beach, which was never crowded. We loved how most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The home literally had everything we needed for our stay. We used the Beach Bums beach rental place they suggested in their faq to get a couple of beach umbrellas and a kayak and the company had no delivery or pickup fees. We catered bbq from the Smoqehouse, it was delicious and the owner Heidi was super nice and accommodating! We also hired a wonderful photographer named Monique Brigham that took some amazing photos of all 20 of us on the beach at sunset. I can’t say enough about Monique, she was awesome! Our family members keep saying what a perfect vacation this was. We will definitely consider renting this home again in the future!

This was a wonderful house for a family reunion. The house easily accommodated our group, with great indoor and outdoor space. The house was well-stocked, and the beachfront location cannot be beat.

We were looking for a beach spot that would accommodate all 22 of us. The kids all like to stay together when we are on our yearly vacation. House was great! Fit all 22 of us and gave plenty of space to relax;) The property managers at were always available and very helpful. Right on the beach, private pool and an elevator for those who need one! Would definitely go back😎

This was our first time to AMI. It was my husband and I with our three kids (1, 7, and 9) AND both grandmas! We certainly didn’t need all the space but we enjoyed the beauty of the house. The ease and access to the beach was the best. The towels are nice (not always the case for rentals) and there are a lot of kitchen essentials for plenty of people to use. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and our kids were obsessed with swimming there even when it was chilly outside. We highly recommend!

We just returned from a fun week on Anna Maria Island. Sea Swept was the perfect place for us! We had 12 adults and 4 little kids and there was enough space for everybody. It was so nice for everybody to have their own bathrooms and private bedrooms. The two sets of washers and dryers were nice to have. The house was as beautiful as the pictures showed it to be, actually it was even better than the photos! The pool got lots of use and the easy walk to the beach was probably the best part. The kitchen was big enough to handle round the clock eating by this crazy crew! We drove around a bit to explore the island but mostly just hung out at the house and enjoyed seeing all the family get together. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!

The house was amazing! Pool was very clean and very warm. The house had everything we needed and the views were amazing. Very easy to get to everything we needed and very good food nearby. Backyard was very private and secluded for pool and hot tub use. Only negative is I would say the hot tub wasn't very warm unless you continuously pushed the hot tub button to warm it up. It would continue to shut off on it's own so if you didnt monitor it, it would get cold, but that is a very minor detail. Pictures don't do this place justice, the views are unlike anything else you could ever imagine. Elevator made it nice where there weren't so many stairs involved. If you have older people, the elevator makes it very easy to get up and down

What a beautiful home for our group of 22! We loved the house and the view. The pool and spa were amazing, and the proximity to the beach was wonderful for us. AMI was very prompt in responding to our questions while there. It was a memory of a lifetime! Thank you!
